With 20 years as a foundation, Fannie LeFlore has developed and delivered a variety of services in private agencies and non-profit social services, education and community health programs.
- Expertise in diverse approaches and experience serving clients across the lifespan inclusive of individuals, couples, families and groups; case management and psychotherapy, group experiential programs, life skills and educational workshops.
- Implemented new Client Assistance Program (CAP) for a non-profit organization to help clients seeking mental health and alcohol and drug abuse counseling services (1999-2001); Created forms for CAP referrals and assessments; Wrote and designed annual CAP publication and comprehensive reports.
- Developed and facilitated curriculum for mental health, alcohol and drug abuse and cultural diversity trainings for staff and clients.
