Community Intervention Programs Inc. (CIP)
is the non-profit component of LeFlore Communications (since 2005).
CIP was founded in 1995 by Fannie LeFlore.

Focus: The mission of CIP is to participate in collaborative public service projects that benefit and
improve disadvantaged communities.
CIP collaborates on Special Projects in three areas:

1) Racial tolerance and healing from racism for individuals, groups and communities;

2) Recovery from mental health and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) issues and support for
ongoing personal growth and healing for individuals, groups and families;

3) Public education or media campaigns to improve awareness and quality of life in underserved or
disadvantaged communities through access to information, resources and support for empowerment.
